Past Life Regression

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • The experience…Past Life Regression Hypnosis Therapy guides you and allows you to go back into your memories to the very source of your pain or problem, whether it is physical, emotional, mental or psychological.    Through this relaxed state, you are able to access the memories, whether from earlier in this lifetime, or from a previous lifetime.  You are then able to recognize where those feelings came from, let them go, and resolve and heal yourself.  Hypnosis puts you in a relaxed state that holds great potential for healing by giving you access to the subconscious mind.  It is not necessary for you to believe in past lives or reincarnation.  Simply by using your imagination, you will start by developing a story that will unfold and reveal the messages that your sub-conscious has to reveal to you, accessing the wisdom and guidance that represents your Highest Good.  The session is not intended to replace any medical or psychological advice, but may enhance it.
  • Most people go back to very ordinary lives.  Be open to the idea that you’ll experience something.  If this is your first past life regression, know that you may not go anywhere.  That doesn’t mean you aren’t able to do it, it simply means you may not be ready yet.  If nothing else, you will have given yourself the gift of relaxation for an hour…something very few of us ever take the time to do!

HOW TO PREPARE:

  • Get a good night sleep so you’re in a relaxed state, limit caffeine intake.
  • Trust the process.  You will be consciously aware of what you are doing and saying at all times.  You are in control.  You will be able to recollect the experience of your session.  Know that your sub-conscious mind will not take you anywhere that you don’t want to go.  You have nothing to lose, and every chance of feeling better, should you choose to!
