Faith, Hope and Love….the Greatest of these is Love

08.25.10

Yesterday I had a conversation with a WJMC client that I’ve been working with for the past week on advertising for Hahn Roofing.  Robert Maddox is from Iowa, but has spent much of his time in New Orleans with his fifth child, Robert G Maddox V.  Lil Boo, as he is called, is just 6 years old.  He has been in the Childrens Hospital since November, overcoming complications from H1N1.  This remarkable little boy is nothing short of a miracle.  Neither Science nor medicine can explain how he is overcoming such complications.  It can only be contributed to the power of prayer, and the faith of his family.

Lil Boo’s father, Robert and his wife Renee, pray not just for his healing, but they pray in gratitude for all they are blessed with, and the miracles they have witnessed in their little boy.  It is their belief that God has already set the healing in motion.  It’s their gratitude that they extend to the Lord.  While the elder Robert grew up Catholic, it wasn’t until recently that he has learned to pray in the name of the Lord, rather than serving himself.  The repetitious prayers now have meaning.  The bible is his constant companion when he goes to church.  He can read a bible verse, and is able to remember and quote it fluidly.  He is grateful that he now lives his life to love and serve the Lord.  He’s learned the hard way to not just pray when things are hard, but to equally pray when things are good.  When someone asks him to pray for them, he tells them he has no power…he can’t do it, but he offers to work together with that person to open the door for Spirit to the work.  I can’t help but believe that everyone that has the pleasure to talk with him knows his word is “Hope”.

Robert talked about Spiritual Gifts and referred to First Corinthians, Chapter 12.  People are blessed and given certain Spiritual Gifts, whether it is Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith, Healing, Workers of Miracles, Prophecy or Discernment of Spirits.  What an incredible lesson to look at our gifts and to use them.  Take, for example, if your father brings to your house the most beautiful gift you can imagine.  You say “Thank you”, and set it on the cupboard.  Each day you walk by it, but still it sits.  When your father comes back, he notices this incredible gift he brought you has gone unused.  Is that not what we tend to do with our Spiritual Gifts?  Even though we know we have it (or more than one), yet we make a conscious decision not to use it, or share it.  It seems ungrateful, doesn’t it?

I encourage you to look within yourself.  Name the Spiritual Gift(s) you have been blessed with and given out of pure Love.  Now, step forward and share your Gift with others.  Let’s set aside the selfishness, or the feelings of inadequacy.  Know that we are all equal in the eyes of Spirit.  We have all been blessed with our gifts because of what we are capable of, and who we came here to be.  We have been given our gifts out of Love, and the most proficient way of sharing our gifts is out of Love.

Then, as so simply phrased by Robert Maddox IV, “The only way to fix the world, is to change yourself”.  Isn’t it time we take responsibility for not what we think is wrong around us, but for what is right within us, and proclaim it at the top of our lungs?  I believe so.  So sing, dance, praise and smile the whole day long….for you have something beautiful to share with the World.

I encourage you to hear Lil Boo’s story in this short You Tube Video, and I ask that you find it in your heart to include Lil Boo, the Maddox family and the entire staff of New Orleans Childrens Hospital in your prayers.

Get out of your head and into your heart!

07.02.10

De-stress!  De-clutter!  Delightfully easy!…..

You know the feeling….your thoughts are scattered, you can’t think straight, and you’re frustrated because it takes twice as long to get anything done!

You are not alone.

Well, I’d like to share with you what it means to get out of your head, and how you can feel, when you start living from your heart.  I’ve also got some tips to get you started on the de-cluttering process.  Keep reading….

Now most people will think that living each day from your head is a good thing.  After all, so much of our life is determined by choices we make.  The choices we make come from thinking about various outcomes.  So, why isn’t thinking out of your head a good thing?

While it has validity, the real key is to think from the heart.  Come from a place of inner knowing that we are all inter-connected.  We are all one.  We all want the same things in this life:  Love, Forgiveness, Joy.  It’s necessary to open your heart to all of these virtues.  And when you are faced with choices, you’ll find they come from a place of love.  When you are in your head, you may make choices based on malice, revenge, guilt, etc.  Try to step back from the situation, and think of what the outcome would be if your conversation, or your decision, or your actions were coming from a place of unconditional love.  A place where no one can hurt you, nor wants to hurt you.  A place where you are accepted just as you are.  A place that embraces all that is good in you and everyone you surround yourself with.

If you could not be hurt, embarrassed, abandoned or mistreated….how would you change the way you talk to others?  How would you change your actions?

You’ll find that the rushing around is not necessary, as you’ll get more done from a clear mind, directed by your heart what to do next.  The methodical clock will tick away a little slower, allowing you to be more efficient.

Feng Shui is a method of creating organization and flow in our outward life that reflects the chi (or flow of energy) in our inner world.  You know how it feels when things around you are neat and clean…or how even the placement of furniture and decor can make you feel good?  It all has to do with keeping a positive flow of energy and eliminating blocks in our outward life, yet it amazingly affects our thoughts and feelings inwardly, reducing blocks in our thoughts as well.  It’s huge in helping organize your thoughts and bringing clarity for your next step.  (Insert a “Yippee!” here).

Where do you begin so as not to be overwhelmed?

Clean out your underwear drawer.  Yes, you read that correctly.  Underwear drawer.  Not your whole house, not even your closet.  Start with one drawer.  It can even be a sock drawer, or t-shirt drawer.  But start with just one.  My example is the underwear/bra drawer, but you’ll get the idea.

1)      Take the entire drawer and dump everything out on your bed or on the floor.

 2)      Wipe the drawer out if it’s accumulated any dust, strings, buttons, weird papers, etc.

 3)      Go through each item individually.  If it’s got a hole in it, throw it away!  If the elastic is stretched out, throw it away!  If it’s in perfectly fine condition, but you don’t wear them anymore, give it away.  Stains?  Out-a-here!

4)  Bras….do the same thing.  If there’s a wire that’s popped, stains, or pads that are mis-shapened…toss it!  If they’re in good shape, but they don’t fit properly anymore, set them aside to take them to Good Will or your favorite charity.  If you’re a guy reading this….ignore it.  One less step for you!

5)      Next, with the articles that are left that are wonderful (if any!), organize them in your drawer so it feels beautiful when you open it.

6)  If you find that you only have enough underwear left for two days, you better go shopping.  If you’re like me, I hate spending money on underwear and bras.  When I did this, I did have to buy a couple more pair of underwear, and I did spring for a new bra, but it was one of those magical things that the money just happened to be there.  Plus, you’ll feel fabulous knowing you are looking great under your clothes, even if no one else knows.  My mom’s happy, just in case I ever get in an accident  too.

Then pay attention to things happening around you.  You’ll probably notice a subtle shift in how you’re feeling.  It fascinates the bejeebees out of me how much more organized I become and how a weight seems to lift off my shoulders when I de-clutter something in my home.  Next thing you know, you’re going to be all excited about attacking the slip/hose/belt drawer…..

Keep GROUNDING everyday.  Be grateful for every little thing.  And treat yourself to a belly laugh all by yourself.  Isn’t life grand?

Happy tossing!

Imagine. Believe. Acheive. Why not?!

04.03.10

“Can you pretty PLEASE come live out hereeeeee!??” This was one of those feel-good text messages I received from my daughter. I live in Wisconsin, and she in California. I, of course reply back, “I’d love 2 part time”!

Back to reality: I’m married to a great guy that is focused on growing a relatively new business that requires attention seven days a week. I have a full-time job that I almost work full-time hours at. I have a son in High School. The rest of my family, in addition to my three step-kids, live within a couple hours of me. And, I have my passion: empowering others to dream, feel, and live the best possible life they can imagine.

Within the hour, the same daughter calls me. She has been in California for nearly two years, and is doing well. She said the idea of me moving out there “popped” into her head, and while she wasn’t saying this as something that should actually happen, she was saying it because it’s a thought, and why not? (I’m the perfect “why not” dreamer). “Why not” every other month….or even one week a month? “Why not” manifest a dream to help others through The Healing Space in Wisconsin and California? “Why not” imagine finding someone that has a home in a beautiful setting in San Diego that is rarely home, and can share their space as they travel, knowing I am there to house sit every other month? “Why not?!”

Back to reality.

But then again….what is reality? For every excuse I can come up with to argue the “why nots”, there is the knowing that every answer is simply a veil of illusion. Anything is possible. There are no wrong choices. There are no mistakes. There are only opportunities to learn and to grow.

“Why not?”

We all have the freedom to make choices….choices in our actions….choices in how we perceive something…..choices in what we think…..choices in how we react to what others do. And yes, choices in how we feel, regardless of what someone has done “to us”.

If you can imagine it….you can believe it. If you can believe it, you can achieve it. Why not?!

Go for it!

Listening for Spring…

03.29.10

Did you know you can actually “hear” Spring?  I was at a Conference, and one of the presenters told us that every year, her husband gets up in the middle of the night to listen for Spring.  I loved the thought, and want to share it with you in case you live in an area that is blessed with the new life of Spring!

In Northwest Wisconsin, Spring can happen in April, or even May.  It may take a few nights to capture just the right moment for this beautiful arrival.  Here’s what you do…

Go out in the still of the night, as the rest of the world around you lay sleeping.

Listen carefully.

As Spring nears, you can “hear” it as it makes its arrival.  The buds on the trees will actually “pop”.  The rhythmic sound resembles the sound of distantly popping popcorn.

I would take this a step further and immerse yourself in the moment.  Look up.  Is it a clear night?  Are you able to see the stars as they twinkle in the velvety black sky?  Or, is there a blanket of clouds wrapped around your oasis?

Close your eyes.  Breathe deeply, and drink in the flavor and scents of the new season.  How many things can you make yourself aware of?  Pay close attention.  It’s as if you can smell the dampness of the dew, the crispness of the night air, and even the musky odor of the winter debris as it dissipates, reluctant for the patience it requires as it awaits its return next Fall.

Feel how the nighttime breeze feels against your cheek.

Step into the grass and sense if you can decipher the newness emerging from stiff, golden blades.

Tune back into what you hear.  Turn your awareness to your heart center.  Feel the rhythm of your heartbeat and how it orchestrates with the sounds of nature around you.  Crickets chirping.  Frogs ribbeting.  Birds singing.  Squirrels scurrying.  The whispering thunder of a startled deer.  If you are in a city, the music can also include traffic, horns and sirens, but it still resonates with the rhythm of the newborn Spring.

Take another deep breath.

Take this moment to be immersed in gratitude.

Honor this Earth that is so much a part of you.

Feel the connection with the entire Universe.

Know that you are exactly where you are meant to be,

right at this moment.

Namaste….the Spirit in me honors the Spirit in you.

Infinite Quest for Happiness

02.25.10

Blog disclosure:  I hope you give yourself permission to take the time (that you deserve!) to read my blogs through their entirety.  I know I get lengthy…..most blogs are typically around 500-750 words.  Mine tend to push a thousand or so.  There’s so much great stuff to share!  Think of it as a mini-book.  And, it’s free!

Have you ever slowed down enough to ask yourself, “What’s my deepest desire”?  I encourage you to do so.

Everyday I talk with someone that is not satisfied with some part of their life:  whether it’s their job, their relationship, their health, etc.  Every time I find myself in those conversations, it brings me to a point that I can relate to earlier in my life.  I’ve been unhappy in my job.  I’ve had a miserable relationship(s)!  I’ve struggled with chronic lower back pain, anxiety and depression.  There’s issues every one of us has been through on one level or another.  You can overcome the obstacles, the frustrations and the pain.  You can be at that point where you love your life.  You love who you are.  You love the people you surround yourself with.

Will there still be bumps?  Count on it!  But you can also count on riding those bumps with a knowing that there’s amazing lessons along this winding, hilly, potholed, beautiful journey.

Reflect on your life.  When you’ve been through the toughest times, what did it teach you about yourself?  What lessons did you learn?  How did it change the way you went forward?  How did you grow from that experience?

It’s easiest, of course, to just stew in it and complain.  Unfortunately, stewing just makes it richer.  Instead, just bring your awareness to the situation, look at what’s brought you to the point that you’re at, and start changing the way you think about it.  (Finding your happiness starters are listed below).

My deepest desire is for people to feel good.  I want to help you feel good about yourself, your life, your ability to share the gifts you were born with.  We all came here with a purpose.  We all have an inner stirring of ‘there’s got to be something more’.  We are all capable of unveiling our purpose.  And it all comes down to discovering what it is that you truly desire.  What you desire, deep within your soul, will directly relate to your purpose.  When you open yourself up to the infinite possibilities of discovering your authentic self, you will find doors open and synchronistic events that will guide you along your path.

It starts with asking for help.  Whatever you believe in….God, a Higher Power, Universal Wisdom, Angels or Guides….it’s all energy and help is available to you whenever you ask.  Now, I’m going to discourage you from asking to win the lottery or for that new Mercedes.  Rather, ask for what it is that you need with the intent of what is for your highest good, or the highest good of all.

Start paying attention to the subtle, gentle signs that unfold.  When you ask with the loving intent of the highest good, energetically, amazing synchronistic events start to happen.  The right person comes into your life.  A job opens up.  A book jumps out at you that has just what it was you were wanting to know.  You meet someone that knows someone that can ease your pain.  The list goes on and on.  Just pay attention to everything that happens around you, and then be patient.

With every coincidental event, be sure to say “Thank you”.  Gratitude is the freight train that carries away your burdens, your complaints, your negativity.  It is amazingly powerful.  Two thoughts cannot occupy your mind at the same time (as much as we think they can!).  When you are feeling grateful it creates in that moment, optimism and happiness.  Start before you even get out of bed in the morning.  Be grateful that you’re alive!  Be grateful that you have a bed to sleep in and blankets to keep you warm!  Be grateful for the sunshine…the trees….the beauty that surrounds you!

It all gets back to what you ‘think’.  Think of what’s good and what you’re thankful for.  If there’s something you don’t like, try spinning it around and notice something you do like about it.  If you still don’t like it, have the courage to do something about it.

Empower yourself!  You are capable of ANYTHING!  “Be the change that you want to see in the world” – Ghandi.

Here are some happiness starters that have helped me as they relate to my purpose.  Your list may look different, but my hope is that you find something helpful that kick-starts your quest for happiness.

  • Energy work (massages, reflexology, Reiki)
  • Surrounding myself with positive people
  • Looking for the good in everyone and everything
  • Books, books, books
  • Taking risks….asking, trusting….and getting out of the box
  • Changing “I can’t” to “How can I?”
  • Online classes (for me, it’s Parapsychic Science through http://www.aiht.edu/)
  • Radio programs that are educational and positive.  My favorite is 7th Wave Network on http://www.voiceamerica.com/
  • Taking time to discover my authentic self and fall in love with ‘me’!
  • Releasing guilt
  • Forgiving myself and others
  • Changing the way I look at things
  • Being grateful EVERYDAY!
  • Gently releasing all that no longer serves me (I do this by literally asking myself, “May I gently release all that no longer serves me”.)  Be sure to say ‘gently’!
  • Realizing and accepting that what ‘they’ say doesn’t matter.  It’s what I feel that does, especially with the intention behind it that is for my highest good.
  • Trusting my inner voice
  • Being patient.  The teacher appears when the student is ready.
  • Taking classes in all this fun stuff that intrigues me.  (Soul coaching is one.  Wonderful classes are available within an hour east of Mpls/St. Paul, MN at http://www.lightalliancehird.com/)
  • Giving myself permission to be silly, a nut!, goofy and happy!
  • Sharing something positive with most everyone I come in contact with.
  • Keeping clutter free
  • Exercising and making better choices in the foods I eat
  • Drinking less alcohol and more water

Blessings to you on your infinite quest for happiness by discovering what it is you truly desire!

Want to be happy?

02.07.10

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:  “Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.”              – Dr. Wayne Dyer

Do you know what being truly happy is?

Have you felt what it’s like to feel blissful right through the core of your being…the innate joy, inner peace, compassion and unconditional love that you were born to know and feel?  And, don’t you hate it when you meet someone that is?

Well, I’m one of them, and I hope you hang with me long enough to ‘splain myself, Lucy, because I believe happiness is a part of who we really are.  We might just be a little stuck….

Being happy doesn’t mean one doesn’t get frustrated, angry, or get in the occasional funk.  Those are all legitimate feelings.

The key is acknowledging those feelings, but not allowing them to create the negative self talk novel in our minds that festers and feeds on more negativity, and pretty soon creates our reality that interestingly enough isn’t even real, or the “what ifs” that never even happen.

In a matter of minutes, things are “really” bad.  We imagine the possibilities that will come out of that situation.  We place blame on ourselves or others.  The self-sabotage kicks in, telling ourselves we’re not good enough to deserve to have anything different or better.  The sad part is, it starts at a very young age, and our society is such that it feeds it.

Think about the messages we’ve been told for years:  “Big girls/boys don’t cry” (suck it up and stuff your feelings)….”Children should be seen and not heard” (so we’re quiet because what we have to say isn’t good enough or important)….”No screaming, yelling or hitting” (don’t express how you feel)…..”Be polite” (fake what you’re really thinking)….”Better not do that, what would people say?” (not speaking your truth, or expressing your creativity)…..and my favorite, “Don’t be so silly” (what?!).

Now don’t offend yourself, thinking this is directed at you.  I’ve caught myself saying those same things.  I have wonderful parents, and they’ve said some of those things.  Some of the people I respect most are guilty too.  We all are.  That’s our society.  That’s what we’ve been taught.  And it doesn’t mean it’s all of the time, or for that matter that it will always be.  We do the best we can with each other based on what we know.

My intent is to bring enough awareness to the way many of us have grown up, and to see why we are so hard on ourselves, and don’t allow ourselves to be authentic and happy.

So with that in mind, now what do we do with all that stuff?  For starters, CHANGE!  Change the way you look at things.  (Outstanding book by the way by Dr. Wayne Dyer, “The Power of Intention” Hay House publishing).

Out of any situation….ANY situation, you can find something positive, a lesson learned, a new direction, or a different way to look at things.  Face your stubbornness.  It requires looking within.  Actually feeling (there’s that word again).  What’s done is done.  The past is the past, and the future hasn’t gotten here yet.

You have right now….this moment to change your thoughts.  And thoughts become things, so choose the good ones.  (That’s another tip from a great web page, www.tut.com).  Did you do something horrible years ago that you are still hanging on to?  Did someone do something to you?  What you have is an opportunity to learn and grow from that experience.

Then, forgive.  Ahhhhhh….now there’s a big word, “forgive”.  That could be the most important thing you can do to get to that state of happiness.  To forgive does not mean atonement.  It doesn’t make what happened right.  But forgiveness does release the bitterness and the cord that still connects you that feeds your resentment and anger.

Love yourself enough to forgive yourself.  We all make mistakes.  We’ve all hurt someone.  We all have regrets.  Now, change the way you look at those things.  How did that help shape you into making better decisions now?  What do you know to be true about yourself because of that experience?

When you are able to forgive, you are able to see the lessons learned and have gratitude for the opportunity to have grown.  Forgive yourself.  Then, forgive everyone else that you feel has done you wrong your entire life.  Realize that people do what they do based on what they know.  What good does it do to hold a grudge against someone over an event from years ago?  That person may have a completely different spin on the events, and is quite possibly not the same person today, so why limit your happiness because of something someone else did?  Why let old events continue to make you angry?

Forgiveness isn’t easy, but it can transform your life, releasing the stronghold of negative thoughts.

So start with this:  Imagine the people you feel have done you wrong are attached to you by a cord that’s connected to your torso.  Imagine also, the situations you have created in the past that make you unhappy or frustrated, and those too are connected by a cord to your body.  Know that it is no wonder why you haven’t found that blissful state, as you are buoyant in a sea of resentment and anger.  Now, either physically take your hands and wipe away, or imagine cutting those cords away from your body.  Release them with light and blessings to whomever they belong to.  Do this with the positive intention to gently release all that no longer serves you.  And then ground yourself, allow yourself to be only in this moment of time, not hanging onto what is no longer a part of you.

Here’s a grounding exercise I learned from Chris Tonnar of Light Alliance [http://www.lightalliancehird.com].  Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.  Breathe from your abdomen, allowing your stomach to go out as you take a deep breath in, and your stomach comes back in as you exhale slowly.  Next, imagine a beautiful cloud directly above you.  Beyond the cloud is a glorious ray of light.  The light comes down through the cloud….through the top of your head….down the back of your neck and through the base of your spine (or out the bottoms of your feet).  The light continues deep into the center of the earth and wraps around a beautiful crystal.  As the light wraps around the crystal, it comes back up through the earth, through the base of your spine (or bottoms of your feet), along your back, neck and out through the top of your head, through the cloud and as high as you can imagine in the beautiful blue sky.  Continue to do this as you coordinate it with your breath, exhaling down to wrap around the crystal, and inhaling up through your body into the sky.

This is an exercise that works remarkably well when you’re having a stressful moment.  Take less than a minute (or much longer if you’d like) to ground, and you will immediately feel calmer, more focused, and have better clarity of the situation at hand.  Try it!  I’ve done this when something ticks me off.  Rather than letting my thoughts take me away to something I’d stew about for a couple days, I ground, and amazingly release my former way of thinking and see the situation for exactly what it is at that moment.  If it’s a thought that doesn’t serve me well, I let it go…I change the way I think about it.

This simple exercise can change the way you experience life.  It can help you shift out of the negative thought patterns that you thought were a part of you.  Try it every day when you first get out of bed.  You may find, like me, that you’re hooked because it actually works.

Now dig in.  While it’s a little work to peel back the layers of gunk initially, it is so very worth it to get back to who you really are.

You were born happy, and born to be happy.  I believe that you are amazing!….magnificent!….and you have wonderful gifts to share!  If you’re already there, good for you!  Share that silly happiness with everyone you come in contact with.  If you’re not there yet, work on it.  You will be.

Trust that you are not alone, and don’t be afraid to ask for help, whether it’s from another person or a Higher Power, it’s all there for the asking.

I’m sure there will be more blogs posted on the subject of happiness, as I’ve barely scratched the surface.  So stay tuned…and remember, if you gain anything you like from this site…cool, please share it with others.  If you don’t, no worries, I appreciate your time spent in my thoughts.

With hope, gratitude and giggles…..

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:  “Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand ending.”

- Author Unknown

Well….here we go!  Once again, thank you so much for visiting The Healing Space.  As a new “blogger” some of my posts may come as a surprise, a “WooHoo” moment (Oprah’s already coined the “Ah Ha” moment), a revelation, an informative or educational blurb, a tip, or as a means to share with you information that I’m learning along the way.    I plan on utilizing The Blog as a journey journal.  I’m constantly reading, I love taking classes, and there’s always room for improvement in every area of my life.  Well, lucky you gets to share in the ups, downs and sideways of it all.  After all, it ties in with my intent to plant a seed that empowers you to look deeper within to help you discover your authentically beautiful, wonderful, magnificent self!  When you start peeling back the layers of all the gunck you’ve acquired over the years, you are going to find that blissful state that will make you wake up with a smile on your face, and go forth every day in a state of gratitude.  Now don’t think I’m totally “out there” in some lala happy land of unrealistic expectations….I know that life happens, and there will be crap to deal with every day.  I get that.  Some days I really get that!  What I’m saying is that you have the choice and the opportunity to recognize more of the wonderful things in your everyday life, and put less emphasis on what you don’t want or like.   Then, when you start focusing on the good things, you’ll find you’ll be grateful for all kinds of things…. everyday!  With gratefulness, comes more good things.  With more good things, comes a desire to share.  And with the desire to share, you increase your energy field on a vibrational level that can’t help but spread to everyone with whom you come in contact with.  Are you starting to understand the ripple effect here?  Uftah…..it makes me shudder with giggly excitement just thinking of the possibilities for a better world.  And YOU are a part of this transformation.  Pretty cool, huh?

My mother said I’d learn something new everyday, and by golly….she’s right!   And isn’t it interesting, that when you really start “paying attention” to your life, the multitude of learning opportunities that begin flooding your consciousness?  Well it’s here that I plan on sharing the variety of things I’m learning.  You can choose to read my posts, make comments, or be my avenue of something new.  You can also choose to agree, disagree, or simply acknowledge any information presented to you without having an opinion at all.  I don’t expect everyone to agree with me, or for that matter, even agree to all the aspects of  The Healing Space.  I certainly don’t know everything, and sometimes my perception changes based on what I’ve come to know.  Isn’t that the cool thing about waking up everyday, and knowing that this is a day unlike any other you have ever, or will ever, live?  So every one of us has that right to change what we think is right based on what we know right now today!  If you’re paying attention to your life, there will be something….or someone….or some word, song or sign that will forever change your perception of your reality.  Some of what I share will resonate with you….cool.  Take it and make it into something even better.  Some things I share may quite possibly make you get that eye-squinting, head-tilting, brow-wrinkling, lip-shifting look…..I fully expect that, and that’s o.k.  Take what you want.  Leave what you don’t.  And share what you will.  (I always have the power to “delete”.)   :-)

Til next time!  Toodeloo…..
